Sequence vs Pattern
A pattern is any repeating or growing arrangement — it can be made of shapes, colours, letters, or numbers. A sequence is specifically an ordered list of numbers that usually follows a mathematical rule connecting one term to the next.
Every numeric sequence is a type of pattern, but not every pattern is a numeric sequence.
